Buckle Up

So last night, I'm coming home from Backbooth and some 17 year old skank hits me on my drivers side back end. Thank god Bubba was there because for most of the time spent waiting for the huge black subway working nerd with no shoes on, I was basically in shock from what just happened. I have horrible luck at times. Not only was the girl hysterically crying when she ran into me, she didn't have a cell phone, she didn't have car insurance, she didn't have a driver's license, and it wasn't even her car; it was her boyfriends. The only good thing that came out of it was that my car had few scratches, and her boyfriends car had a smashed/cracked bumper and broken head light. But basically what happened after the accident was Bubba taking control and telling her and her boyfriend her options.

Thanks to the past couple of weeks, I have started to realize who my real friends are and who my acquaintances are. I'm starting to love the way things are going. Now I just need to make it through the semester, get a new job, make it through another birthday, and wait for the rain to stop.
